30-day return policy

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt, without giving a reason. This is longer than the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original, undamaged packaging
• Be complete with all included accessories and labels

Want to return a product? Send an email to info@pawsnlshop.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Which product you wish to return
• The reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve)

We will then send you a confirmation with the return instructions and the return address.

The costs of return shipping are at the expense of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged. In that case, we will of course reimburse the return costs.

Did you receive a defective or damaged product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pawsnlshop.com and include a photo if possible.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used to place the order.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-3 business days before the amount is visible in your account.

Unfortunately, the following products cannot be returned:

• Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
• Opened pet food or treats
• Products that have been custom made or personalised
• Products that have clearly been used
