Ordering
Ordering at PawsNL is very simple! Choose the products you want, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details, choose a payment method and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Yes, you can! Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via info@pawsnlshop.com. We will cancel your order and refund the full amount. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and can unfortunately no longer be cancelled.
Shipping
Delivery takes an average of 5 to 10 business days. Our products are shipped from an international warehouse, which means delivery times may be slightly longer than local shops. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
For orders over €35, shipping is completely free! For orders under €35, you pay only €4.95 in shipping costs.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this to track the status of your package at any time.
Returns
You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it. Contact us at info@pawsnlshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the return instructions.
After we have received and checked your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 to 7 business days via the same payment method you used.
